How to Download Your Photos
So one of the most common questions I get asked after a session, is "How do I download my photos?"
I understand it can be a little complicated, but here are some easy steps to walk you through it.
*Note: These instructions are for a Windows 8 machine using Google Chrome. Most other platforms and browsers should work the same.
The e-mail I send you telling you your gallery is ready will have a link to your gallery and a password. Click on the link and it will open your internet browser to your Main Gallery Page Login. Type in the password.
You now have the choice of Social Media Downloads and Hi Res for Prints.
Social Media Downloads: This is where the watermarked downloadable files are located. If the package you purchased has downloadable files that are non-watermarked, there will be a third folder named Lo Res Downloads For Prints and will follow the same steps.
Hi Res for Prints: This is where you want to go if you want to purchase prints. These files are not downloadable.
When you left click on Social Media Downloads or Lo Res Download for Prints (if applicable) it will pull up the gallery.
Left click on any of the photos so that it pulls it open as a larger image.
Next hover over the top left corner of the photo and a menu will appear, left click on the "Menu" button and then hover over Download and then left click “All available originals.”
Once you do this the download will start and you will see the In Progress Status bar it in the bottom left hand corner of your screen. When it’s done, it will look like the lower left corner of this image. Left Click on the little down arrow and left click “Open”.
Once you do this, you will see your photos in a folder and can open, move, copy any of them and they are now on your computer.
